• One Medium sized Butternut Squash
  • 1 small yellow onion-minced
  • 1/2 c. real mayo
  • Dash cayenne pepper
  • Dash or Garlic Powder

One medium size butternut squash.-Microwave for 15 minutes, allow to cool then peel off skin, and remove seeds. Cut squash into cubes.

In a bowl Add:

Squash

1 small yellow onion-minced

1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 c. real mayo

Dash cayenne pepper

Dash or Garlic Powder

Mix together.
Bake or Grill at 425 for 30 minutes until bubbling.
